This position is physically demanding and requires special attention to detail. It offers exceptional long-term opportunity and potential. If you have a lot to offer, we have a lot to give!
Company Description: Natural Images Landscaping Ltd. has creatively built and maintained beautiful functional landscape throughout the Muskoka area. These have ranged from unique a water features to large scale property developments. We recommend our personalized maintenance program to ensure the property will flourish and keep its beauty for years to come, Our services here at Natural Images are always provided in a timely manner, with good communications and integrity. We strive to create the highest quality work.
Duties to Include:
- Responsible for supervising up to 1-2 employees
- Writing clients daily worksheets
- Plan and organize tools and materials for the day
- Driving to various private cottages located in Muskoka
- Mowing, trimming lawns
- Blowing, racking leaves
- Must be able to keep all work areas clean and organized
- Performing all labour-related duties needed for the position
Qualifications and Assets:
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 years of previous experience in the landscape ground maintenance
- 1 year of experience in the leadership role
- Punctual & reliable
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Possess strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures
- Effective time-management
- Capable to lift objects up to 40 lbs
- Able to manage and clearly communicate with staff
- Able to be professional and courteous to all clients

- Apply fertilizer
- Watering
- Shoveling and racking
- Pick up brush
Requirements: No experience necessary
- Will be trained (Paid training)
- Ability to work alongside heavy equipment
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch, bend for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

- Rough/fine grading and finishing
- Back filling
- Sloping and banking
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience operating a Skid Steer and Quick cut saw
- Able to work in a team environment
- Effective time-management
- unctual & reliable
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the landscaping industry
- Must hold valid driver license
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch, bend for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work alongside heavy equipment
- Able to be professional and courteous to all clients
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience installing Muskoka granite, treads, flagstone, retaining walls an asset
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Possess strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment and trucks an asset
- Clean and lubricate equipment
- Refill equipment tanks
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
